1. Making a contract with us: When you place an order with us (pine-oakfurnitue) you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.
2. How to place an order: You can place an order via our website www.pine-oakfurniture.co.uk following the prompts given. If you think that you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately using our telephone number.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs with details of your order and further information.
pine-oakfurniture will store your data securely and it will not be handed on to any third parties.
3. Delivery: We only deliver within the UK mainland. For other destinations we can deliver to the nearest, convenient UK port. Any further arrangements are the buyer's responsibility

The drivers are not to move or take away any existing goods or property for the purpose of assembly or installation of the goods.

Delivery of Your Purchase
Once you have made your purchase, we will advise our delivery contractor who will contact you to arrange delivery arrangements. All delivery vehicles have a 2-man crew where needed trained in the handling of furnishing items.
Deliveries are made between 6am and 6pm , Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we will need a signature when the delivery is made. Please note that delivery is mainland UK only.
Delivery Time Slots:
AM - between 6:00am - 1:00pm
PM - between 12:00noon and 6:00pm
ALL DAY - between 6:00pm - 6:00pm (Remote areas)
Money Back Guarantee
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged on arrival Pine-oakfurniture will of course replace or offer refunds for any such items. On arrival you are required to inspect your goods for damage.
Should you wish to return your items in accordance with this regulation we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, however the buyer is always responsible for any carriage costs involved.
We will forward your refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back to us. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be packed in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Please see our full terms and conditions for further details
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items.
Special Order items
A "special order" is any order which has been personalised to your specification by altering a colour or measurement on your instruction, or a non-stock item that has been ordered by us from our suppliers on your behalf. If you wish to cancel an order for a special item you will be liable for the cost incurred by pine-oakfurniture.co.uk up to the point to which you have informed us. This will be typically be the cost of manufacture that we have been liable for and any delivery costs that have been incurred in relation to this order
