Do we have a showroom?

Unlike most on-line retailers we have a showroom where you can view examples of our ranges. We do try and keep examples of all the oak furniture and pine furniture ranges that we show on our website but with close to 5000 products we might not always have the item you require to see. In most cases it is best to phone first and we can arrange for the pieces to be in the showroom on the day you visit. We are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sundays open from 10am to 4pm.

Do we have a catalogue?

Catalogues are expensive to produce so to keep our costs down we do not provide a catalogue. We do try to provide as much as information about the products on the website but if you require either bigger images and more detail about a certain product please email us at sales@pine-oakfurniture.co.uk or call us on the above numbers.

Do you haves samples to post to me?

All the pine ranges we can send out samples please see the sample request at the top of the website. For the oak ranges we can send out samples but we normally have to request these from our suppliers so they do take a little longer to get them to you.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes we do offer a bespoke service the following ranges are all manufactured in our own factory and can be made to any size and any finish - Solid pine furniture collection, Georgian solid pine range, Cotswold solid pine collection, Boston solid pine modern range, modern solid pine range and the Plank distressed pine. We can also match your existing furniture, we also manufacture in solid oak but we cannot compete with prices of the imported ranges in oak please email us with you requirements and we will get back to you with a price within 24 hours sales@pine-oakfurniture.co.uk or call to discuss what you need on the above numbers.

Do you offer an assembly service?

90% of our ranges do come fully assembled apart from wardrobes and beds for ease of access to your property all of these are provided with easy home assembly instructions. Wardrobes that we manufacture (see above) are assembled in your property by the delivery crews. Our budget ranges are delivered direct from the manufacture and do require home assembly, we do provide an assembly service for these ranges thus is charged at 20% of the cost of the item and customers must make sure they will get the items into there house in an assembled state pine-oakfurniture will not be held responsible for items that have been assembled at the request of the customer and will not fit into the property.

How do I care for my furniture?

All our furniture ranges are finished to the highest quality and really do not require much looking after. The main finishes on the market today are waxed pine that will just need a coat of bees wax when and if needed. Lacquered pine just really needs a damp cloth to clean or a silicone free furniture polish. Oiled oak will need a re oil periodically as needed and lacquered oak as with the lacquer pine just needs a damp cloth or silicone free furniture polish.

How long does order to delivery take?

Our furniture is normally manufactured and delivered within 4 to 6 weeks - bespoke orders may take a little longer.

Our Express Delivery stock is normally delivered within 2 weeks dependent on where you live within the country.

Once you order your furniture we will contact you to give a more accurate timescale for the particular pieces you order.

Is my furniture delivered to room of choice?

On most of the ranges it will be a 2 man delivery crew that will deliver to the room of your choice. On our budget ranges these are delivered to your door by a 1 man delivery also items in our clearance section are normally sent on a TNT service with a 1 man delivery.

Do you price match?

We try and keep our prices as low as possible and are always checking and adjusting our prices to be the most competitive in the market. If however you do see an item cheaper somewhere else please email us the details of the supplier and the price so we can check there are no hidden delivery costs or that the item is an ex display and price match for you.

How safe is it to give my credit card details on-line?

Pine-oakfurniture use one of the most secure servers and on-line systems for all credit and debit card payments and we have never had a reported incident involving credit card fraud using this system. We are so confident of our security that we will guarantee any costs that your credit card company hold you responsible for if your card is used fraudulently as a result of shopping with pine-oakfurniture using our secure transaction system.
