Delivery of Your Purchase
Once you have made your purchase, we will advise our delivery contractor who will contact you to arrange delivery arrangements. All delivery vehicles have a 2-man crew when necessary trained in the handling of furnishing items.
Deliveries are made between 6am and 6pm , Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we will need a signature when the delivery is made. Please note that delivery is mainland UK only

Delivery Time Slots:
AM - between 6:00am - 1:00pm
PM - between 12:00noon and 6:00pm
ALL DAY - between 6:00pm - 6:00pm (Remote areas)
Before and When Your Purchase Arrives
As soon as your goods are ready to be dispatched, our delivery contractor will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date and time-slot. Your purchase is important to us and we want to ensure that you are at home when it arrives. For this reason, please provide as many alternative telephone numbers as possible, as our delivery contractor will not despatch your item until this telephone conversation has taken place. Deliveries to certain postcodes are only made on certain days of the week. If the suggested date is inconvenient, you will be given a choice of alternative delivery days.
Delivery Costs
Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge on all orders going to mainland UK. For orders to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight an addition cost will be added. call for details 01992505083 or email sales@pine-oakfurniture.co.uk We do not charge for a 2 man crew. For delivery to Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands, we can deliver to a port of your choice or please call for a price for onward shipping.
Please allow between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. This is our typical delivery time, times can vary on certain ranges and manafactures
Deliveries on our Budget ranges comes direct from our supplier and is a one man crew that deliverers to your door only, for assembly and room of choice delivery please call for price.
Smaller items will be delivered on a Night Freight service so will be a one man crew delivered to your door
